Mark Gallagher - Founder
Mark's psychology degree was secured from University of NSW (BSc Hons). Reflecting his fascination with business, Mark also holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Macquarie University.
Prior to establishing Human Chemistry, Mark was the CEO of a medium-sized business psychology firm (Innovative People Solutions), General Manager in an HR Technology and Consulting organisation (MXL), having 'cut his consulting teeth' in the HR Consulting division of a large, multi-national business (Morgan & Banks).
Mark started his career in the Hospital and Community sector, running operations that supported individuals with severe behavioural disturbance.
Christopher Paterson - Director
Christopher's psychology degree and post graduate studies in Organisational Psychology were completed at Macquarie University (BA Psych, PG DIP Org Psych).
Christopher worked with Mark at Morgan and Banks and MXL, before launching an HR Consulting and Outsourcing firm in London. Returning to Australia in 2003, Christopher joined Hudson Global Resources in a national strategy role before leading Hudson's Assessment, Development and Outplacement solutions as Director, Talent Management.
Christopher joined Mark at Human Chemistry in 2009 with the shared objective to deliver outstanding and highly tailored client solutions, while exploring new and creative ways to add value through assessment.
Justyna Bilski - Operations Director
She worked as an Intern Psychologist at Christie Consulting prior to joining Mark Gallagher at Innovative People Solutions (IPS) in 1999. Justyna worked at IPS for a number of years as a Business Psychologist and became a Project Manager at MXL.
In 2001, Justyna joined KPMG in a generalist HR capacity which broadened her commercial experience and knowledge of HR and consulting.
Justyna has been working with Mark at Human Chemistry since 2003. She works as a Consultant and is also the Operations Director.

John Burney - Director, Human Chemistry Technologies
Recently John developed an on-line assessment instrument while working with a PhD researcher on emotional intelligence with regard to what aspects of EQ are predictive of performance in the workplace.
Much of his work has been at the executive level; he has a sound understanding of psychometric and personality measures, with broad ranging experience in the design and delivery of complex behavioural simulations. As a consequence of his background in journalism, John has strong interviewing skills and excellent written communication.
